I see what you are saying. However, at my job I work in the school system. Teachers who go on maternity leave have their job waiting for them when they come back. They simply resume their duties like they never left. But they do not have the opportunity to work par-time. But I understand how people make it difficult to try and obtain a job as well as a family. It is quite difficult at times.
